There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Chenault: 2005-05-10 House Journal Page 1954 Page 2, line 1, following "factors": Insert "and foundation formula" Page 2, line 4, following "members": Delete "," Insert "may be" Page 2, line 5, following "Senate": Insert "by July 15, 2005" Representative Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall HR 10 am pass the House?"
